Uncle Edgar was a very special man. He was my favorite uncle . I remember when he was in world war 2. I was 7 years old and he would send letters to my mom and dad. They would read them to me. He would always ask about his 3 nieces. When he came home from the war, my mom and dad stood up for him and aunt Ruth when they got married. In his later years he kept in contact with me. He came to Westfield and visited when he was able. My sisters and I also visited him. My condolences to Dennis and Ronald and their families.
