Obituary of Adaline M Utegg

Adaline M. Utegg, 94, of Westfield, NY died Friday morning September 25,2020 in Rochester, NY.

She was born on June 19, 1926 in Mina, NY the daughter of the late June and Lucy ( Barhite) Barrows.

Surviving are two daughters, Rhonda (Stephen) Morse of Rochester, NY and Rebecca Estes of Radford, VA; four grandsons, Christopher (Julia), Cory (Kelly), Matthew (Jessica) Reffner and Jonathan Morse; nine great grandchildren; also survived by several nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Utegg, a granddaughter, Kimberley McCord, four brothers and three sisters.

Adaline was a lifelong area resident, who graduated from Findley High School in 1944. She worked for many years for the former Barmon Brothers Sewing Factory in Westfield. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Westfield. She loved music and played bass guitar for “The Real Country Band”.

Friends may call at the Mason Funeral Home 37 Clinton St. Westfield on Wednesday, October 7,2020 from 11-1 PM. A funeral service will be Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of Westfield at 1:30 PM with Rev. Matthew Wolfe officiating.  A private burial will be at Portland Evergreen.
