David is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathy (Russell) Crowell, whom he married March 28, 1992, and by his son Matthew (TJ) Crowell of Sinclairville NY and by his 2 step-daughters, Julie Morton and her husband David, of Ashville NY and Tara Hoitink and her husband Kevin of Clymer NY.
