To my brothers and sisters:I got to share the last week of Dad's life. I would not give a million dollars in exchange for that special time. As I left him the last day, I told him that I loved him, and he replied "I love you too, honey". That will live in my memories forever.No need to shed tears...He is happy now, with Mom and Ginny.Sally

Dear Slate Family: I wish I were there to personally offer my condolences on the loss of your father. I know what a big part of your lives he and your mother were to all of you. Your father was a proud and independent man who always provided for his family. I remember how he smiled when I joked with him that he was my "date" for the St Joseph Day dinners in North East. I know he will be missed, my love and prayers are with you all. God Bless.
