A homemaker most all her life, she was a graduate of Hannibal High School and graduated from Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing and earned her degree as an RN specializing in Labor and Delivery, having her career at Millard Filmore Hospital in Buffalo. She and late husband moved to Westfield in 1977 from Buffalo when they retired. Her hobbies included
raising her family, cooking, and caring for them prior to her illness.
