I was deeply saddened by the news of Don's passing. I knew Don and Sarah way back when in the early 80s. We were all young and just out of college. Life was fun and carefree and we were all going to live forever. I have very fond memories of those times and will always think of Don as a fun loving, big hearted guy, who was always there with a welcoming smile, a great sense of humor and a general sense of happiness and well being that just rubbed off on all of us whenever we were with him. Although I've been out of touch for many years, I want his family to know how Don touched my life as I'm sure he did countless others, and even though his life was way too short, from this old friend's perspective, it was indeed a very good life.
My thoughts and prayers are with Sarah and his family.
