I just wanted to send a short note to Jim's family to let them know how much I enjoyed working with him over the years. Jim was always the most fun to be around at every conference I attended, especially playing the "left, right, center" dice game! I always looked forward to seeing him at the Western Southern Tier Building Officials Conference as well as at the FASNY and NYSAFC shows. He will be missed greatly by me and all of the chapter members. He was a special man that I will miss tremendously.

To Jim's entire family, I am so sincerely sorry for your loss. Jim will be missed by many for many different reasons. He helped me so much when I had work done on my house, in his job as code enforcement officer and I considered him a friend of long standing as I think I've known him most of my life. He was a one of a kind man who gave so much to his family, friends and the Westfield community. He will be missed. With my deepest condolences.
