Obituary of Caroline M. Hough

WESTFIELD - Caroline M. Hough, age 79, died peacefully Tuesday, December 23, 2014 with her loving family at her side. Caroline was born April 12, 1935 in Westfield, NY. the daughter of the late Paul and Bernice (Brumagin) Morgenstern. She was employed by Chautauqua County Dept. Of Motor Vehicles, in the Mayville and Dunkirk locations and retired after 38 years of service. Caroline graduated from Westfield Academy School and had been a Westfield resident all of her life. She had been employed by the Chautauqua County Department of Motor Vehicles and worked at both the Mayville and Dunkirk offices. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family. She is survived by three daughters: Barbara (Michael) J. Simko of Westfield, NY, Sheri L. Raynor, Patricia A. Bivona and one son: Stephen T. Hough; Sister of one sister: Marylou Orlando; she also has six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. x, 6 Grandchildren; granddaughter, Valerie Raynor (Keith); granddaughter, Amanda Raynor (Chris); grandson, Mathew A. Simko (Misty); grandson, Timothy A. Simko (Jill); grandson, Joseph P. Bivona (Kristin); grandson, Cody M. Rush; great grandchildren, Sydney And Dylan Morrison; x, Lillianna, Amelia, And Jordan Simko; Great Grandson, Gage Szymanowski. Predeceased by her Brother, Richard Morgenstern, sister, Elizabeth Morgenstern. The funeral will be held 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY with Rev. William Leslie officiating. Burial will be in Westfield Cemetery, Westfield on Tuesday, December 30 at 2:00 pm. She had been employed by the Chautauqua County Department of Motor Vehicles and worked at both the Mayville and Dunkirk offices for 38 years prior to retiring in1997. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Caroline is survived by her three daughters; Barbara (Michael) Simko, Sheri Raynor, Patricia Bivona, and one son, Stephen Hough. Also survived by her sister, Marylou Orlando. She is further survived by her six grandchildren, Valerie Raynor (Keith), Amanda Raynor (Chris), Mathew (Misty)Simko, Timothy (Jill)Simko, Joseph (Kristin)Bivona, Cody Rush and her great grandchildren, Sydney and Dylan Morrison, Lillianna, Amelia, And Jordan Simko and Gage Szymanowski. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Morgenstern and a brother Richard Morgenstern. Calling hours will be Monday, December 29 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY where the funeral service will also be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 with Rev.
