Obituary of Louise A. Lathrop

WESTFIELD - Louise A. Lathrop, age 97, formerly of Westfield, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at The Chautauqua County Home and Infirmary of Dunkirk, NY. Louise was born on February 3, 1916 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late John M. Stalbach and the late Lulu Clark. She was the owner and proprietor of the former Lathrop's On The Lake Restaurant in Barcelona for many years. She is survived by two nieces, Judith Presutti of Dunkirk, NY and, Jacqueline (Robert) Dill of Watkins Glen, NY, and one nephew, David (Roberta) Clark of Campbell, NY. Several Great Nieces and Nephews also survive.. She was predeceased by her husband, Max J. Lathrop who died in 1972, her sister, Ruth Chasnis and her brother, John Clark. At Louise's request all service are private. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Chautauqua County, 20 West Fairmont Avenue, Lakewood, NY 14750.
