WESTFIELD - Francisco "Pancho" DeLeon, age 80, of Cass St., Westfield, NY, died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Absolut Care of Westfield.
Pancho was born on August 15, 1931 at Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Alberto and Benedicta (Gerena) DeLeon. He had been employed as a chef for a Synagogue in Brooklyn, NY, prior to moving to Westfield.
He is survived by his siblings, Thomasa, Naomi, Celita, Esther, Ada, Eliseo, Elliott, Julio and Ruth. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Eva.
At Pancho's request all services will be private.
