Eva L. Brown

July 12, 1934 – June 29, 2024

Eva L. Brow, age 89, of Ripley, NY passed away peacefully on June 29, 2024 at Absolut Care of Westfield.

She was born on July 12, 1934 in Clinton, N.C. the daughter of the late Ollie and Eva (nee Belle) Straughn.

She worked for many years at Better Baked Foods in Northeast, Pa. as a packer.

Eva is survived by her beloved daughter, Linda (late Robert) Marten of Ripley, NY; a cherished granddaughter, Billie Jo Reid of Ripley, NY; a brother, Clayton (late Alice) Straughn of Clinton, NC; a sister, Betty Jean (Clarence) Faircloth of Clinton, NC; also survived by many nieces & nephews.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Leroy B. Brown Jr. and two brothers, Stacy and Ollie Straughn Jr.

As per Eva’s wishes services were private and she was laid to rest in the Quincy Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St. Westfield, NY.
