He is survived by a daughter Mackenzi (Nick) Bruce of Westfield; a brother Louis (Jessica) Habig II of Westfield; four sisters Martha (Yves) LeCars of Nantes, France, Theresa Evans of Norfolk VA, Patricia (Alan) Bowen of Westfield, and Sarah (Andrew) Culver of Westfield; nephews, Scott (Alyssa), Christopher, Marc, and Arley; nieces, Desiree and Ani; a former wife Adele Harrington.

Tom was preceded in death by a brother Michael Habig.

He was a 1983 graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School. He continued his education at Alfred State where he obtained his Associates Degree in Architecture, and SUNY Oswego where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education. Tom was a former educator, and current owner and operator of T. W. Biggins Wine and Spirits in Westfield, NY.

Tom was a lifelong Bills fan, as well as an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman.  Lover of fine red wine and good bourbon. In his spare time, he enjoyed the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and listening to the music of James Taylor. He also enjoyed black and white photography - both taking his own photos and admiring those of Ansel Adams and loved driving his vintage MG.
