Obituary of Sandra M. Fiore

WESTFIELD - Sandra M. Fiore, age 52, of Cass Street, Westfield, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, died Monday, December 27, 2010 at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie, Pennsylvania following a very brief illness. Sandy was born on June 6, 1958 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Martin and Eugenia "Jean" (Patelczyk) Fiore. Sandy had resided in the Westfield and Ripley areas since the early 1980's. She fulfilled her Lifelong dream of becoming a Registered Nurse and completed her degree in Nursing at JCC. She had been employed as a Registered Nurse at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. Sandy enjoyed cooking, reading, flower gardening, taking care of her home, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of the John W. Rogers Post 327 American Legion Auxiliary and the Wm. P Jackway Post 6764 VFW Auxiliary, and the Women of The Moose Chapter 517, all of Westfield, NY. She is survived by her Fiancé, Allen "AJ" W. Johnson, with whom she made her home, her two sisters, Janet Lazewski of Oak Park, IL, and Sharon C. Brechin of Addison, IL, as well as bytwo nieces and one nephew. No calling hours will be observed. Private services will be held with burial in St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery, Chicago. Memorials may be made to the Fire Department of Westfield Memorial Fund, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, NY 14787.
