A homemaker most all her life, She moved to Westfield from Fredonia in 1964. Frances had been a member of St. Dominic RC Church as well as the St.James Altar and Rosary Society. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, cooking, and shopping. When her children were young, she had been active in the PTA of Fredonia Schools.
