Obituary of Dennis R. Beadle

WESTFIELD - Dennis R. Beadle, age 63, of Main Street - Barcelona, Westfield died suddenly, Sunday, November 29, 2009 at home. Dennis was born on August 8, 1946 in Westfield, NY the son of the late Clarence A. Beadle and Enid (Lindsey) Beadle, with whom he made his home. A Westfield resident all his life, Denny was a graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School and served in the US Coast Guard from 1966 until 1970. He had been a truck driver for several area companies for over 30 years. He had been a member of several area social clubs and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Denny enjoyed flower gardening, yard work cooking and canning. He was loved by many; however, he loved and enjoyed being with his family the most. Besides his mother of Barcelona, Dennis is survived by his sister, Sandy (Emerson) Chandler of Mayville, NY, his step-brother, Charles Duane (Joan) Aldrich of Albuquerque, NM, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence "Andy" Beadle, his brother, Carlton "Bud" Beadle and his sister, Susan Beadle. Friends may call on Sunday, December 6, 2009, from 4-6 PM at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY. Funeral services and burial will be private in Westfield Cemetery with Rev.
