Obituary of Donald W. Stafford

Don served in the US Coast Guard. He then worked at Welch's before becoming an insurance agent and eventually co-owner of the Bristol Burgess Insurance Agency in Westfield for 28 years. He served in the Westfield Volunteer Fire Department for over 50 years and was Chief in 1973. Don had a passion for music and played clarinet for the famed Deutchmeisters Band for over 30 years.
He was a member of the Westfield American Legion Post #327, the Westfield VFW, the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #118, and a lifetime member of Summit Lodge #219 of the F&AM.
