PORTLAND - T. Douglas Jordan, Jr., age 57, of Dunkirk, NY formerly of Portland, NY died unexpectedly, Monday, November 4, 2013 at Brooks Memorial Hospital of Dunkirk. Doug was born on February 26, 1956 in Dunkirk, NY, the son of Trenholm D. and Mary W. (Williams) Jordan, Sr. of Portland, NY. When he was younger he worked on the family farm in Portland and most recently had been employed by the Resource Center in Dunkirk. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh and smile. Besides his parents, Tren and Mary Jordan of Portland, Doug is also survived by his two sisters: Nancy Schuster and her husband Jim of Westfield, NY, and Teresa Jordan and her husband Rick Allmendinger of Ithaca, NY and by his one brother: Michael Jordan and his wife Marion of Portland, NY. Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and nieces and nephews also survive. Friends may call on Friday afternoon, November 8, 2013 from 1 until 2 PM at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St., Westfield, NY. All other services will be private. Private burial will be in Portland Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to TRC Foundation 200 Dunham Avenue, Jamestown, NY 14701.
