Obituary of Dorothy J. Bova

A Graduate of Fredonia High School and the Rochester Business Institute, where she earned her degree in Medical Office Management, Dorothy accepted a position with the Yosemite National Park as a Reservations Agent. After three years there, Dorothy accepted a position as Reservations Agent for then Airline giant TWA in New York City. However, she advanced rapidly and became an Operatoins Agent with TWA, where she worked and visited over 45 countries during her tennure; specifically Pakistan, Afghanistan, Greece and Italy. After her 26 years with the Airline, Dorothy returned home to Western New York to be near her family. She enjoyed scrapbooking, picture taking, traveling and sports of all kinds, especially hockey and football. She was an avid reader and enjoyed the great out doors. She was adiment about preserving the National Forests as a member of the Sierra Club. She had been a former member of the Chautauqua Italian American Organization, (CIAO).
