Ashley Marie Cook Carr

August 31, 1987 – August 7, 2025

Ashley M. Carr, 37, of Gowanda ,NY passed away unexpectedly on August 7th, 2025 due to heart complications.

Ashley was born on August 31, 1987 at Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of Darlene (Cook) Warren of Westfield, NY and her father, David Mastalinski of Buffalo, NY.

Ashley attended Cassadaga Valley School, Southwestern and Maple Grove and completed her GED in 2010. Ashley loved to paint and draw and did lots of arts & crafts she enjoyed family time and would love to take pictures whenever possible. Ashley had a big heart and loved her family so much!!

Ashley fought addiction and she won the fight! 4 years sober and she was proud of it! Unfortunately Ashley was born with heart issues and after a few emergency surgeries due to other health issues her heart could no longer be strong, Ashley is with her family now in heaven and she will continue to be in our hearts and memory.

She is survived by two beloved daughters, Jasmine Cook of Jamestown, NY and WinterRose Carr of Busti, NY; her loving mother and step-dad, Darlene and Gary Warren II of Westfield, NY, her father David Mastalinski of Buffalo, NY, her sisters, Tabitha (Dave Kilian) Dellahoy of Ashville, Destinie (Randy) Christy of Bemus Point, Lacey Dellahoy of Westfield, Sarah (John) Ramey of Bemus Point, Stephanie Dellahoy of Jamestown, Samantha Colvin of Jamestown; step-brothers, Allan (Carley) Warren of Mayville, Nelson Warren of Northeast, PA and Gary Warren III of Minorsville, PA; step-father, Michael (Cindy) Dellahoy of Ellery Center; she is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She is predeceased by her grandmother, Shirley Jane Cook (1990), her grandfather, Billie James Cook (1995), aunt, Leslie Lee Cook (2012), uncle, William James Cook (2021), cousin, Linda Ann Cook (2002),cousin, Philip Andrew Cook (2007) and a niece, Anna Marie Christy (2016).

A celebration and remembrance for Ashley will be held on August 31, 2025, at 4412 Dutch Hollow Rd, Bemus Point, NY from 1- 6PM. All are welcome to come join us in celebrating Ashley’s life and her Birthday!
