Obituary of Timothy M. Clute

WESTFIELD - Timothy M. Clute, age 64, of Westfield, died on December 30, 2015 at Roswell Park Cancer Institute of Buffalo after a courageous battle with AML Leukemia. Tim was born on October 31, 1951 in Westfield, NY, the son of the late Kenneth H., Sr. and Betty (Raynor) Clute. He married Helena B. Jackson on August 21, 1971 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Westfield. He was employed as the Logistics Manager for Mogan David Wine Co., Westfield, NY for over 44 years. If you knew Tim, you knew of his passion for the game of golf. He was a kind and patient teacher for anyone wanting to learn how to improve their golf game. He was club champion 3 years at his favorite course, Chautauqua Point Golf Course. As a devoted family man, Tim never missed a moment. Whether it was his standing Monday afternoon tee time with his wife Helena, or being there for all the important events for his kids and grandkids. He is survived by his wife, Helena B. (Jackson) Clute, his son, Ryan, wife Brenda, daughter Erin and husband Jeremy Cerio. Tim was the proud "Papa" of his 5 grandchildren: Riley and Parker Clute and Collin, Claire and Charlotte Cerio. Tim also leaves behind brothers and sisters, Jimmy, Clarence, Kenny, Bonnie, Jeanne, Larry, Connie, Frank, Nick and Kimberly. He is preceded in death by his brothers Daniel Clute and Carl Flick. Friends may call on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 4 until 7pm at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton Street, Westfield, NY. They are also invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11 am at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 12 Elm Street, Westfield, NY with Rev. Virginia Carr officiating.
