Obituary of Arlene M. Lesneski

Arlene Mae Henry Lesneski Sept 18, 1937 - July 5, 2009 Arlene Henry Lesneski, age 71, of Tucson and formerly of Westfield , died Sunday July 5 at Casa de la Luz Hospice in Oro Valley, Arizona . Arlene was born on September 18, 1937, in McKees Rocks, PA, to Charles F. and Bertha E. Meyer Henry. Arlene graduated from Westfield Academy & Central School in 1955, and completed medical technologist's training at Hamot Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania and Jamestown General Hospital in Jamestown, New York . She worked for many years as a medical technologist at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and retired to Tucson, Arizona in 2003. She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Acanthus Chapter, in the State of New York. She is survived by her daughter Michelle Lynch Macdonald (Doug), of Durham, New Hampshire, her son Frank Lesneski of Oro Valley, Arizona, her daughter Laura Lesneski, and four grandchildren. Arlene is also survived by her sister, Mildred Henry Reardon (Howard), of Williamsburg, Virginia, brother Charles F. Henry, Jr (Judith) of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and her aunt Mary Elizabeth Sinclair (John) of Valparaiso, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at Mason Funeral Home in Westfield on Friday, July 10 at 11am. Burial will follow at the Westfield Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, donations in Arlene's memory may be made to the Casa de la Luz Hospice, 400 West Magee Road, Tucson, AZ 85704 .
